Mawa's Kitchen is the flagship restaurant of owner, Mawa McQueen. The business began as full-service caterer, including in-flight dining, in 2006 and evolved into the high -energy, fun, and cultural restaurant you will find today. Providing fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients on its eclectic healthy menu for over 5 years in Aspen's Airport Business Center, Mawa's Kitchen is a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

My reservation was moved and then cancelled by the staff. They then said I was a no show even though I got an email on December 28th saying the reservation was cancelled. They then decided to charge me $400 and said I would not get a refund. I spoke with the manager and said I would dispute the charge and she said "be my guest" and hung up on me.

Cons: 1.Unfriendly staff on the phone and in person.
2. They cook the rice with too much raw garlic.
3. They overcharge me. They charged me for two lattes instead of one, which I pick up on it, so instead of the guy apologizing by giving me a free latte he made me wait so he can refund the entire bill then charge my credit card again with just one latte which I thought it was tacky.
You made a mistake you pay for the mistake, don't make me wait for 10 minutes for you to fix your mistake.

Wowa! Mawa! Ok so here is the scoop. Veggie omelette (add meat if you like contributing to greenhouse gasses) and then a plate of pancakes to share for the table. Well, or just eat them for yourself and don’t share, not my job to parent here and teach you to play nice with others. This place is delicious and the patio is cuteness.

When your sick of the everyday same old thing, definitely check out Mawa’s! There is something for everyone and a wide variety of Super flavorful items. The menu changes constantly, and the locally sourced… ingredients are without the large operation chemicals! Super delicious selections, a wonderful bar, and local craft brews! A fun and attentive staff who are ready to accommodate your desires!

Food is amazing, place is amazing, but unfortunately they don't respect employers. At least they did that with me. I worked in 2018 at MSK and I didn't want to say anthing about this but now when I need some papers, they are avoiding me. I have a lot to say but I prefer to keep all those things for me, because I know to respect the fact that when I needed a job, you gave me that, but you don't respect the fact that I worked a lot and with all my soul for you. Thank you, Mawa and Daniel. Maybe I should ask about my last paycheck too. :)
