The Vines at Riverpark is a fabulous place to live. The community has some wonderful amenities; parks, bike, walking, and running trails. It is one of the cleanest, well maintained, and safest community in Oxnard. All the people throughout the community are very cordial, polite, respectful, and filled with warmth and love. Additionally, Vines at River Park is within walking distance to The Collections; many nice restaurants, fitness center, and hundreds of a variety of stores to shop.

This place is extremely beautiful and located in a wonderful area. Let me just say this: Moving during a pandemic is not easy. Especially when it's difficult to meet your landlord face to face. Other than a few things that we have noticed that need to be fixed, the move was pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Loved working with Sonia and her staff. She was very responsive and worked late a couple nights to make sure we got our paperwork on time. She answered al my questions in a timely manner. I am very happy with our place, it’s near everything, quiet and with our parking and drive way we don’t really have to park on the street. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have a good work life balance. The amenities are great!

Great location, great floor plans, but easily 2 of the worst property management companies I have ever seen (Cirrus and now Moss). Poor communication and not in compliance with California State Law. On-site manager is dismissive and does not follow through with promises. Do not get fooled into renting here unless you are okay with no contact from management and don't care about your security deposit.
