Very rude manager here. Not warm or friendly at all. Very threatening tone with residents for simple questions. Maintenance now no longer keeps any backups of any parts so everything has to be ordered after it breaks and a worker can come look at it says after a request even for emergencies like leaks. Broken appliance parts, broken sinks, broken garages can take anywhere from minimum a week up to several months for them to order and come in. Lack of good management is what has made this place a poorly kept place to live. Manager seems like she hates both her job & the residents. We stopped recommending

DO NOT waste your time leasing an apartment here unless you want to hear rude nieghbors arguing and throwing parties all day and night. Supposedly there is no smoking or large groups allowed but management does absolutely nothing about it, and there security patrol archon is an absolute joke. This place is nothing but a nice view but it is not worth the money to live here. Look for another place to live, dont waste your time or money as i did.

My family and I have been living here for about 2 years now. I have to say these apartments look very nice from the outside and inside, but that is it! Office staff started to become a little more involved recently with the community. Maintenance is okay. Although we pay for pest control, we still get ants in the summer. The ABSOLUTE WORST part about living here are the random fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. They startle my 2 year old boys every time, so they end up waking up and crying for a while. On top of all this and more, our rent just went up! -__-

I'd like to lead with honesty, I enjoyed living at Mosaic Apartments.
However, the reason for my 1-star review today is the absolutely awful experience I had leaving Mosaic Apartments and an alarming flaw in the way the handle billing.
I was charged a $100 penalty for late rent payments on multiple occasions, despite paying rent on time - every time. It was explained to me - only over the phone and in person, every request I made to communicate the issue in writing via email was ignored - that their software would automatically charge the penalty if the leasing managers didn't enter the payment

Use to live here and loved it so much!! Was sad when I moved out of state because the complex had everything and was next to everything, also the staff was always helpful! Fast forward a few years and recently had to work with them and the staff is still amazing and so helpful!! Tiffany is seriously so amazing in the office! If I lived in Oxnard again I would 100% be back! Just so peaceful yet next to almost everything you could ever need at The Collection!

I have leased here previously and my experience was flawless. Once the staff was changed, so did my experience with this community. It was a nightmare to transition down the hall to a bigger unit. The staff is no longer helpful or timely. I feel that after having been charged for every minor defect in my previous unit, I now have to create a file of pictures, documents, and emails to prevent this community from wrongfully taking my deposit again after my second lease is up. The community is prestigious and looks nice from the outside, but I have found from prior experience that management at other
