I gave it a one because the new lady in the office doesnt really help when You go to the office and need help and put The price higher than before.Before the high price was 50$ and now it's 100-200$ Also she is rude the lady before was Nicer And Rancho solana isnt a good place since the new lady came also the price is to high for one room

This place is expensive i when I first moved in here it used to be 1000 dollars also there are so many roaches around here even my neighbor that lives right next to me told me that they have so many roaches and it’s expensive the people here are always loud when they try to remove the roaches it doesn’t even help there are still so many roaches and they should do a better job I don’t think this place is worth the money so people who are planning to live here don’t rent here it’s a bad place to rent

Never lived there but as soon I scheduled my tour I knew there would be problems representative reschedule last minute and when I went again she was out to lunch but happy I never got to tour the out side is horrible so dirty litterly trash everywhere looks nice in photos but definitely horrible place I would not be surprised if this place is roach infested

Roaches! This place is infested. It’s disgusting. They charge each one of their occupants $15 a month for pest control, and I’ve only ever seen the truck a handful of times this past year (I’m sure only when someone new is moving in). Yet, we live with roaches, it’s absolutely disgusting. I could not stomach living here another year! I would stay away unless you like having roaches crawling on you.

I disliked living here, I had to move out because there was mold growing from the top of my ceiling I kept putting complaints and they never came to fix it. On top of that no one was ever in the office Uc there’s a plumbing problem or just something that needs to be fixed no one ever comes to fix it. The people in the office are rude when on the phone, and everything breaks so easily

I can honestly say I really love living here. I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath. I moved in about a year and a half ago, and plan on staying another year or two at least. The location is great, the price is reasonable. The office management staff is great and they will work with you through just about anything. The maintenance crew is GREAT and they work really hard. My overall experience has been amazing since living in CA.

Put in an application they took almost 500 dollars for a holding fee never called us 1 or emailed us back. When we ask for our money back the leasing lady said we could only get half back though we never talked to anyone called 4 to 5 times a day and sent emails which I have proof. A lady finally called and I asked for corporate number and she gave me a fake number. It's all fine we're taking legal action.

I been living here for a year and I guess I’m one of the lucky ones that have not experienced what other people have with past management. Alex and Ana in the office are great! Let’s just say they get things done around here. I enjoy living here. It’s a clean, family oriented, hard working community!

Been here about 4 almost 5 years. At first the management at that time didn't seem to care about the tenants. Their response was "you can always leave" when I had questions or concerns. The last couple of years, we got new managers and it has gotten a whole lot better! The ladies in the front are very polite and work with you, listen to you and care and someone is always there. I like the office hours that include longer times during the week and that they are open on Saturdays. I get answers and work done quicker.
