My family and I moved into Avery park and we are very pleased first and foremost with the process of getting us in as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are so thankful for Lorianne and all of her hard work. Her staff is very kind and maintenance has done a excellent job when it comes to work orders, they are always reliable and dependable. Over all this is a great place to live!

It has been a little over 3 yrs that we have lived in Avery Park Apts & i must say that it is a nice community for pet-friendly families with children compared to other nearby apt complexes because they are making a mini playground, it already has a pool, and a gym & dog park are in the making. Also, the maintenance guys are totally awesomeness towards the tenants and their children. Both of the guys are on top of keeping our community clean and safe, you can always spot them with a smile while putting in hard-work. The ladies in the management dept are very professional, kind, and easy to work

Within less than an hour of my maintenance request on Saturday, one of the maintenance staff was at my door. He assessed the situation with my AC and informed me that Monday would probably be the soonest they could get to it. Then on Monday, the other maintenance gentleman came and checked on my AC unit. He called for outside help from the installers. On Tuesday, the outside experts arrived and within minutes had diagnosed and solved the problem. Now my AC and heat are working correctly. I am pleased with these quick results.

Wow! My family a65nd I are all so happy .!!! It's been years also thanks, this home is just everything we want in a home. Perfect in all ways, the pool area is so nice, I'm so excited we have prayed on this for along time . And look forward to living here for as possible. God bless!!

The leasing office staff are very friendly. They have our names memorized and are very personable. I’m very grateful for them. They are always always working on stuff here. They keep it clean and beautifully landscaped. (Which is super awesome!) However, I wouldn’t recommend living here.
1. Expect the pool area to be horrendously loud all summer long.
2. Expect basketballs on the tennis courts as well as dogs. The basketballs will echo throughout your living room.
3. Half of the people living here are disrespectful, unfriendly, disgusting and loud.
4. The tenants regularly need the cops
