This place has gone down since the new owners purchased it! The ground look horrible the laundry room is God awful the machines never work, when you want a repair down they never have the parts, and most recently you don't know who to contact when you need a repair.

If you want to pay $1600 a month and live like this more power to you. The management is unresponsive and mind you you pay garbage as part of your rent. However garbage is not being picked up so how are you really paying? Mind you it's even worse today.

I been here for awhile now and I have seen an AWESOME turn around since mr, Rodney has came to this property he has did an amazing job on the property and has gotten bad tents out. Thank you so much for being an AWESOME manager and maintenance.

The Management at Park Haven Apts. Is the Best. He is the best he is always concern and understanding about the Resident's needs. When you put in a maintenance request his always on Top of it without any hesitation, over extends his work by making sure everything in order for the Residents at The Park Haven Apts. From landscape, pool up keep, cleanliness around the Dumpster etc. Always, has a kind word with smile when you see him. I have never ever out of my years had an Manager like the one here at Park Haven. The surrounding Apartments all the way to the top of N.Texas need to come and get some

I lived here for a year while and I can honestly it was horrible. Michelle was rude and I gathered she felt entitled. Never was late on rent or anything but when I called about issues, they weren’t resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, I called regarding the furnace in the summer and the maintenance man took it apart and said he would be back in the morning. He didn’t come back which was a Saturday and they were closed Sunday so my child and I were hot for a few days. . . I had leaks that weren’t fixed timely as well.
