We just moved into our place yesterday and I want to say thank you to the staff especially Larissa for taking care of our move-in process and making it a very smooth process for me and my family! It is a very clean and safe environment and I love the fact that it is a gated community. I would definitely recommend these apartments for future residents! Lived here for a year and during that year office management changed THREE times, assistant manager and manager. Very unprofessional. There is NO guest parking besides the 3 parking spots in front of the leasing office that can't be used during business hours. Apartments should be cheaper for what you get, and there is a serious problem with all types of bugs. There were numerous days that I needed to get in contact with management and they would not answer the phone or respond to emails and I would find that they were sitting in the office stating they were closed during business hours. Management needs to do a better job informing their residents if they have guest over where to PROPERLY park. I've had 3 car towed this weekend only Fri-Sun. Not to mention the 6 other cars I've towed since I moved here in December. Residents need to be more mindful of their guest parking in other spots they like myself PAY FOR. But hey these residents and their guest prefer convenience than being safe than sorry. So I guess the people who park in the wrong spot would rather pay for their car to get out of the tow yard. These tow company's should hire me since I give them good business

Professional, Responsive, and Genuine. I moved into Bennington Apartments in mid-February of 2021. I hesitate to provide a "perfect rating" for any product or service. However, the quality of care in service from their staff warrants that I rate them five-out-of-five stars. I intend to live here for many years to come if this is what I can expect. I highly recommend prospective tenants to ask or call the leasing office for more details. You'll be treated genuinely--a rare treatment these days, but something I value and appreciate.

Since I moved here a couple of years ago management has changed a couple of times. The management we have now, Sonny and Larissa are awesome for a couple of reasons. If you have an issue they take care of it quickly. The other thing is that they never bother the tenants unless they have to unlike where I used to live! If you value your privacy this is a great place to live! I also absolutely love my apartment! It has everything you could want! It's a good size, fireplace, washer & dryer and walk-in closet in the 2 bedroom!

Any problems I had were always resolved within a timely manner. Staff was very professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend living here. They have renovated most of the units and installed a gate for safety purposes. Fairly quiet for an apartment complex. Most neighbors mind their business and leave you to yours.

I was helped through the whole application process by Sanny in the leasing office. She was very helpful in giving me any information and answered all questions I had. When I met Chris he was great in showing my ex husband around the property. However, once my ex had mentioned in front of Chris that I would be able to come and visit. Chris had demanded and insisted that I had to be on the lease in order to visit my ex husband and two adult children who were living with my ex. Ever since that day, Chris has been constantly insisting that I am currently living with my ex and kids at the current apartment. Also, Chris and Vanessa have poor communications skills when it comes to applying for apartment. I tried to give them the proper documentation they had requested

Great shopping mall with plenty of stores to browse in. Big Name anchor stores are full-sized and have speciality departments at each one I visited. The is an art gallery and a gaming lounge as well as the theaters which really make this mall a hub of activity and a great experience every time I come here. Nothing but good feels about this place.

From the time I spoke to Christina on the phone about applying to rent at the Bennington until the time I moved in she was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. She made the whole experience very easy for me. She did everything she said she would in a timely manner without unnecessary delays. I absolutely love my apartment and I would recommend living here. I moved from an apartment that I really liked but the management made it almost unbearable to live there by constantly micro managing and charging more and more rent, promising upgrades and never delivering or repairing things. Me and my boyfriend moved to these apartments in February. We were definitely hesitant because of the reviews we saw online. The apartments got new management right before we moved in. And they have completely changed our minds. They have always responded to our maintenance request and have any issues fixed within 24 hours. Put new windows and sliding glass doors in as well. I highly recommend this place. Staff is really friendly and helpful as well!

I recently moved into these apartments approximately 2-3 months ago and much like any move it comes with new challenges because of a transition to a new terrain you may be unfamiliar with.
