The apartment looks new and Clean. However, the management & maintenance team are not professional and they don't have the experience to resolve issues. Actually, they create issues for residents and they blame residents for their own mistakes! I would say they are the worst apartment management team I dealt with ever. Here are some incidents:
1- Day one: the refrigerator was broken. The maintenance Tech stopped by and the first thing he said was that it is broken and we will change you for that. I don't know how we broke that from the first day, but they try to blame customers

We have been here for about a year now and will be extending our lease, not so much because we want to but because we don't have anywhere else better to go. We are mainly here for the proximity to work.
Cindy, Kayla, and maintenance are very kind and helpful. Every time I've had a concern, I just quickly message them on the Ageno App. They will reply within 1-2 business days. They genuinely want to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying your stay here. I haven't personally had much interaction with maintenance, but they always greet my fiancé nicely.

Yesterday evening my husband confirmed a viewing for a 2 bedroom with Kayla for this afternoon. After driving 1 hour to see the apartment she informed us upon arrival that 2 bedroom is not available. That is the only reason we drove to view this property in the first place.
Being it was confirmed a day prior it would have been nice to receive a call and let us know the apartment we agreed to view was no longer available. Instead of waiting for us to get there and push a 1 bedroom on us upon arrival. Our time was wasted and we received no communication.

I am writing this in hopes that future tenants can see it and know all the thing I wish I would have before I moved in.
First off, please scroll to the bottom of Agenos Yelp and read the '3 reviews not currently recommended.' They are legitimate concerns of people who live here and management had them marked unhelpful. First indication of mismanagement.
Move in day: a complete mess. A temp lady was in the office; had no idea I was coming, gave me the wrong keys, and seemed completely lost as to what was going on. A very unprofessional and unpleasant first impression when you are renting

Just moved here from another State(miss HOME every single day,😭) this place is a Great place to lived, very convenient, close to downtown Livermore/ Pleasanton, shopping center, pharmacy, target, Safeway, Petco, restaurants; close to the freeways; Places to go for a run or to take a walk. The community it's extremely safe, clean and quiet! ♥️♥️♥️

I called Ageno yesterday on the 20th of November 2019 that is managed by FPI. I don't know if the person that picked up the phone was working for FPI Management or just Ageno Apartments.
Very bad attitude.
I understand this place is having a percentage of the units reserved for the low income residents. Well this is for the families in need and this should be a priority.
It seems like they don't treat everybody the same. Are they worry about the fact this area may become bad in the future? Because of the low income project?
