So, I just moved out of this dump last month and this evening I received an e-mail from a debt collection company (Hunter Warfield) saying I owe $300.00 to Cranes Landing.
First off, I paid every month of rent on time. Second, when I moved out, I made sure everything was in order and nothing was damaged. So, I'd like to know what the HELL this is about. I have had nothing but problems in my year-and-a-half stay at this community.
Between car-towing and untruthful debt collection ploys, Cranes Landing STEALS MONEY.
I hope this place burns down.

Don’t waste your time here.. after moving out in Jan 19 I visited month after month the office to receive my deposit and had to wait 5 months to receive it back and at the end they paid me less than I was supposed to get. The maintenance team is good and very helpful but administrative personal are bad..
