I’ve been living here and I enjoy it very much, its beautiful.
I’m very thankful that I’m able to live here and the management here is kind, Colleen the property manager is super helpful and they helped me a great deal during 2020 hardships. I recommend this property to anyone.
My son doesn't live with me but he feels safe in a clean place when he visits.

I love my lil 1/1 Im happy to have this as my home Clean is absotuley amazing management and Ken is supper handy and helpful if needing maintenance done. and living a block away from park ave is my favorite part because I can take my sons to get ice cream or shopping.
if your looking to move and or just starting to do the adult life this is a great place for a an amazing price :)

I am a 2 year resident of El Cortez and am born in raised in Orlando. My experience at El Cortez has been wonderful. Coleen the apartment manager has always been very kind and respectful. The location will be beyond your expectation (safe, eventful, beautiful, clean, community/homey type feel). Never had any issues.

I had a terrible experience here
I had no hot water for months and no action was taking to fix the issue
Issue was still not resolved along with other complaints I had that was against CODE
When I broke my lease to move out because of these unsanitary issues I did not receive my deposit back
El Cortez did not hold up their end of the lease
Very bad situation

Make 3 times the rent put in a app was denied upon my mother's credit who I was getting the apartment for so they denied me. After paying 310 in app fees, they would not let me pay a higher deposit nor have a cosigner nor would they take they total amount I literally had in my hand. But they sure as hell kept my 300 with no problem it would have been nice to get the refund seeing how there is a cat 4 hurricane about to hit us and could have used the money on supplies

This is a pretty decent place. I loved being so close to many restaurants and small businesses. This property is older but the management was very quick to assist with any repairs or maintenance. Colleen, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful! She always made herself available and helped out with any issue. Richard in maintenance is fantastic as well. He was quick, efficient, and always went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

My wife and I have lived at El Cortez in Winter Park, Florida for almost a year and it is a great place to hang your hat so to speak. Colleen is the manager at this property and she does a great job at facilitating any problems or concerns the residents may have. When we first moved here we lived in a unit that didn't really suit are needs, so Colleen immediately made accommodations for us to move into another building that ended up being much better for our family. It is so nice being able to walk outside and be right on Park Avenue where we can go get coffee or stroll in the park. The rent is
