Everything you see in the previous reviews from tenants about a lack of security is true. Just this morning several cars were broken into right outside the building. The management office refuses to put up additional cameras despite many concerns from residents about a recent wave of crime happening around the building.
The staff has acknowledged that living off of Lee road can bring some unsavory people into the area, however, on the outside of the city block building, there are less than 4 cameras. Don’t worry though, the night security is great at guarding the couch in the lobby from the

I have to say, after the wave of car break-ins this weekend and all the criminal activity in general, you have to appreciate all the fake 5 star reviews that were all the sudden left on the same day, using the exact same syntax in order to boost their Google rating back up to a decent number. Maybe instead of having staff leave fake reviews, have them answer their office phones and get back to residents regarding security concerns. More productive use of time.

This “luxury” apartment is anything but…. There are major security concerns living here. Break ins, stolen packages, and stolen cars. There are no cameras in the hallway or garages. When approached, the staff suggested we provide our own security and utilize other peoples security systems to identify individuals stealing packages/breaking into apartments. Further, the private and “secure” garage that costs a monthly fee is not secure. The door is frequently broken and stays open for anyone to come and go from the garage. Again no security cameras, so forget about catching whoever decides
