Jason Charkosky, Owner of J.C.'s Heating and Air started out in the heating and air industry in 1989 working for a local HVAC contractor. He worked with the company until 2000 perfecting his skills and learning every aspect of the heating and air service & repair industry. From there, Jason worked for another Knoxville based HVAC contractor where he worked for another year, further developing his craft.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They’re honest, always on time, courteous and show great value. The first time I called on them years ago, I had already had another company come out and try to sell me a new unit on a 3 yr old house. I called JC’s and they fixed the issue for under $100. I had to call them again last week, and it turned out to be another minor issue with a quick low cost fix. I will never go with anyone else!

The last thing you want to happen on the coldest night of the year is for your heater to go out. When it happened to us, we knew exactly who to call. Thanks to Jason and his team, they came first thing the next morning, identified the problem, proactively found our warranty info, fixed it, and were able to answer all our questions and keep us updated every step of the way.
