Jim Cantrell had worked for a local distributor and knew the HVAC business very well and built a reputation on being very meticulous about his work and building relationships with his customers. Jim and his son Randy decided to start their own business.
We are very proud to be a locally owned and operated business. Randy has taken over since our father passed away in 2004 to make sure that Cantrell's continues to provide the same quality of work and customer satisfaction that our father prided himself in. I only use Cantrell's now. The service is outstanding and the prices can not be beaten in this area. I really can't express how happy I was with the technician, Jeff, that came out and the company and relieved to find a heating and air company that can assess the issue AND fix it the first time. I've used several other companies in knoxville over the years and was let down every time.

After two quotes I contacted Cantrell’s for a third just out of curiosity; honestly had no plan to use them. They provided me with a same day quote and delivered a better product for lower price than other companies. Scheduled install for following work day(after weekend). Team called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They showed up on time and worked together as a team to compete the job; install of a hot water heater, ac and furnace. They even stayed longer to ensure the job was done right and no short cuts were done. After the install they cleaned up all work and answered
