Services
Patient-centered treatment starts with a caring, compassionate staff. Our multidisciplinary team includes board-certified healthcare professionals and multi-lingual care providers, offering patients a full array of services for comprehensive care. Urgent Care Behavioral Health started in 2013 with a mission of helping people with chronic mental illness receive the care they need when they need it, without lengthy wait times for appointments.
We offer initial psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for new patients, along with ongoing treatment and medication management for existing patients. The transition from inpatient or emergency care is a critical time for people with mental illness. Care given during this time can mean the difference between recovery or re-hospitalization.

Once downloaded you can either fill out directly and submit them via email or you can print them out and bring them with you prior to your appointment. Forms requiring a Social Security Number will be entered at time of appointment and not submitted electronically.
When your patients need prompt, attentive mental health care, Urgent Behavioral Health Care is there. One of our practice's top priorities is maintaining a patient's health after discharge from psychiatric inpatient care. When a patient is hospitalized for a condition related to chronic mental illness, we understand how important it is for them to receive prompt care upon discharge.
While we are not a walk-in clinic or an emergency department, we understand that patients suffering from mental illness can't wait for weeks or months to be seen. He's knowledgeable in psychiatric treatment, but it's so much more than that. He actually LISTENS, and so many doctors in all fields do not do that. He isn't at all condescending, dismissive or patronizing of what you tell him, and he utilizes that in your treatment. He's truly a God send and I plan on seeing him until he retires, lol. I have been seeing Dr. Geoffrey Gonzales for almost 6 years now and have had a lot of ups and downs that he has helped me through. I am very appreciative of all their hard work. I recently needed to go on short term disability and Laura Gonzalez helped me out with my paperwork. She was very amazing and had my paperwork done in a timely fashion.

Laura M. Gonzalez is a wonderful physicists that listen to what I have to say and built a custom treatment plan for me. Not like others that nod there head and give you the standard drug regiment that fits the issue. I felt my voice was heard and with Dr. Gonzalez's expertise has helped me achieve a better state. The office staff is amazing! They got me all the information I need and keep me up to date on what going on with my prescriptions and handled all issues with the pharmacy not having them or changes same day. I have delt with many offices and Dr's with this by far being the best experience

I have been seeing doctor Gonzalez for almost a year. I enjoy my service I receive from Dr. Gonzalez, however his staff has been very unhelpful on several occasions. I have had several problems with getting my prescriptions set into my mail order provider. The staff comes across very unhelpful and as If they inconvenienced. Which is a serious issue when you are dealing with someone mental health. A show of concern and customer service go along way. It disappointing when you have to jump through hoops to get your prescription which was prescribed to you by your doctor.

Mr Gonzalez definitely puts the care in to make you feel at ease and that he is there to listen and help. I have been going a few years now and maybe a issue or 2 with front office but nothing to make me want to stop going. They truly are are great group of staff and very kind and empathetic. I thank them for all the help they provide me monthly and I highly recommend him to anyone that feel they need that type of help

A year ago I went into an extremely difficult time in my life and needed to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. I called several recommended psychiatrists that my insurance company had recommended and all of them were booking months out. I thankfully came across this company and I got an appointment within a couple of weeks. It has been a very smooth process working with them, scheduling appointments and they made things even simpler recently with virtual appointments due to the Coronavirus situation going on. I definitely recommend.

The staff here are fabulous! I personally heard another patient yelling and even curse at them. They were professional the entire time. Not a job I would want - if you are late it’s not their fault you are not going to be seen. The policy is posted right there in the wall.
They have always been very kind and helpful to me. Love my provider Monique Gonzalez. She listens to me and I am certainly doing much better. Support staff always make me laugh. And they were super helpful with getting me set up with telemed services - I’m an idiot on the computer and they walked me through step by step
