I applied for the property with application $50 at 1084 Karratti Ln #B. They said it would take and two to three business days to process my application. The agent said I'd be approved. It took more than seven business days. The only reason I found out that they gave the place to some else is because I called. Unprofessional and they are collecting non refundable application fees. Be careful with them.

Ok. I was in a bind and knew a friend who used a property management company . Oh my goodness a godsend. I know my property wasn't the greatest but they really truly work with you. I was really nervous that during covid my place wouldn't get rented and it was within a month! My former neighbors get along with my tenant and I'm super happy with them. My neighbor is also the handyman that fixes any issues with my property and they work with me knowing I like having him fix anything in my house he is super good. Very communicative. Slow to no response. We lived there for four years and upon check out they charged us for pre-existing stains to the floor laminate. The laminate had not been replaced for at least 8 years and they still charged me for stains. On a positive note the rental cost was fair and they did take care of relations amongst neighbors Although this was not enough for them to get a higher review. Overall I felt like just another number and a paycheck for them. There were some instances of discrimination but I won’t go there, and will just leave it at that.

When I had my walkthrough upon entering my apartment, it was very rushed. The shower head was green and grimy, the walls blotchy with paint, there was rust on the vent in the bathroom, the closet door missing a bottom track, and the curtains were broken. The realtor who did my walkthrough nervously laughed and tried to haphazardly fix it, but it was clear that the curtains weren’t working. Several years ago, I needed to find a property manager to rent iand maintain my house in Palolo. My previous property manager did not do a good job collecting the rent, ensuring that the property was maintained, screening tenants, and keeping me informed of the status of the rental. DO NOT rent any apartment with this company!!!! They steal your application fee. They let you lead to do application even they chose a person, they won't let you get back the fee. Honestly, I don't even want to give any star here. Its was the WORST experience during my husband and I were looking for an apartment. We were the first couple to see an apartment, my husband was the first one who did the application. He works for US government, we are totally capable for paying the rent. I rented a property in Makaha at 84-725 Hanalei St. really good home owners, but not a good rental agents called Lani Properties. It was a good thing we took pictures when we first moved in there. They were a lot of Things have to be fixed, bathroom shower was broken, it took Lani Properties six months to eight months to repair I paid 1500 every month and fix up a lot of damage things around the house Plus I did the outside stairs case demo and repair cost would be 5500 they only paid me $600. They are going to lowball you any repairs you do around the house. So when I left that property I left
