I had a couples massage at Massage Spring and it was THE BEST massage I have ever had! It was a definitely a full body experience, my masseuse worked in my head all the way down to my toes. I've always gotten a Swedish massage or a deep tissue massage but I was surprised with hot stones. It felt extremely good on my skin, I don't think I'll ever go back to getting a Swedish massage! The pressure was just right. Both masseuses were professional and did a great job.

Due to the poor customer service, I suggest you look elsewhere for massage. Lots of other small businesses would appreciate your hard-earned dollars and deserving tips - without demanding it upfront to the customer. I came here today to get a deep tissue massage. Upon arrival, they asked me to pay for the service upfront including the tip. Even though I thought it was kind of weird for this place to do that, I went ahead and provided 20% tip for the massage I have not provided yet. Surprisingly on top of that, the lady demanded more tip from me and had the audacity to argue with me as a new customer

I had an appointment at this place months in advance because according to them you have to wait in line for the groupon deal. On the day of the appointment I called and asked them if I can change it because of some unforeseen circumstances. The guy on the phone was the rudest I have ever come across and he also wouldn't change the appointment. I understand that the time of masseuses will be wasted and just like they except us to accommodate their place in line with months of wait, I also expect them to accommodate when I have timing issue. Clean, comfortable massage tables, friendly and professional staff. Techniques vary by masseuse and few are fluent in English.. If you want a strong, , therapeutic massage, I suggest Ginnie whose abilities rival those who have LMT certification and who is fluent in English . If you want a soothing massage which varies between gentle but firm and strong, I suggest Coco who is warm and friendly . If you want a gentle massage, I suggest Claudia who is warm and friendly.

I called in the morning and told them I saw that they had a groupon and a deal rate. He (I'm assuming the owner or somebody who runs the establishment) said don't worry about buying the groupon just come in and he'll honor it. We came in. The massage did not feel right, the ladies did not feel like real massage therapists. The massage therapist did not fully close the door behind them, chatted with each other, and did not listen when asked to change pressure or location. They ended up causing more harm than relief. When it came time to pay, the guy told me he could not honor the groupon price anymore

Massage spring is a hole in the wall place, but don't be discouraged by appearance. If you want a deep tissue massage that will get your knots out go to Mr. Chu. He does not accept the groupon coupons, but he charges 60 dollars a hour. He also uses hot stones during your massage. He will massage you with the hot stones as well. He is AMAZING!!!!! I had bad back pain and had trouble sleeping. I was finally able to sleep through the night after my massage. I have been trying to find a good massage therapist for years and have finally found one. I was very disappointed with my experience at Massage Spring. When my partner and I booked our massage, we told them about the Groupon special. The price is normally $109 for a 60-minute couples massage, but a special $25 off was being offered, making the price $84. On the phone, the owner told us not to buy the Groupon and that he would honor the price. The massage itself was mediocre at best. It was a last minute decision and after some quick google searches I found this gem. We called and were luckily able to get a same day appointment. Worst massage ever!!! We used Groupon for a couples Swedish massage. Pressure was mediocre. At the end of our massage they say, "minimum $20 tip each" What?! The total cost of the massage was $100. 40% tip.... I think not. The Groupon is their way of getting people in the door. They then try to make up for it for by asking for a ridiculous tip. Again, all for a subpar massage. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here.

I purchased a groupon for a 90 min massage for 2. I scheduled the appointment, re arranged my schedule around it, and the day of the appointment they said they had no record of it. The lady I booked with, Tina, who answered the phone apparently (according to the lady who answered the phone today) "speaks no English". Yet, they had her answering phones and booking appointments. Massage was mediocre, bad service- masseuses were talking loudly while I was getting the massage. Ended up having to nurse a headache from the excessive focus on my neck and scalp. In addition, once we payed and tipped a reasonable amount, front desk person rudely demanded more. I go to Andy. He is very talented and knowledgeable. He speaks very limited English, but who needs a chatting masseuse? I think he knows his craft. He feels what you need and acts accordingly. In fact every time it's different. Like music :). The place is clean, making appointments is super easy. Price you cannot beat.
