Radial Tire - Elk Grove is a great business, and I have had a very satisfactory years-long relationship with them. While they specialize in tires, they have skills in lots of other auto maintenance and repair needs. Even when they cannot help with a particular issue, they have the relational resources to competently refer customers to other auto repair facilities. I was told it will take about 2 hours to get my job done. Mount 2 tires and an alignment. Informed 40 min later that the alignment is done and the tire mounting is left. Also informed me of some pre-existing scratches that were on my rims. I hate to say it but, "Thank you Big O tires for those souvenirs." My rims (Methods) were BNIB when Big O ruined them. Didnt even tell me they damaged 3 of the 4 until i realize it myself when i get home. Anyhow, my truck was done way before proposed timeframe. The waiting area is not too shabby with ample seats and AC. Some vending machines

I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service here. Came to pick up my 3 piece wheel from this company today. Was told it was broken/cracked, we asked them to show us where is was cracked And they kept spinning the tire round and round and then pointed to the face of the 3 piece wheel and said here its broken, we said no thats the seal for the wheel it needs to be re-sealed. They didn't seem to know what was wrong with the tire or what they were doing and we were fine with that, we took the tire and went to leave. I wanted to take a moment and say how great Radial Tire-Elk Grove has been to me. The dealership said I needed new breaks on my Denali and I took it to them for a second opinion. They checked my breaks for free and told me I didn't need to replace them they were still good. I also purchased new tires from them and once rotated the first time noticed a vibration. I took it in and they balanced and fixed it free of charge. When I got my new tires I had a blowout in the sidewall a week after I got them and they came to my house took the tire and Tim replaced the tire and brought it back for

I just moved to Elk Grove last year and tried this place because it was close and had good reviews. I will never go anywhere else. The owner is kind and considerate. He doesn't just sit in an office while others do the work for him. He helped me himself both times I've been there! They are fast, knowledgeable, and honest. I'm so grateful to them. Outstanding customer service! I came from out of town & needed tires for a truck and trailer. They took great care of me and got me in and out quickly at a great price as well. I ended up coming back with a minor issue a month later, they were great again. Fixed the problem in minutes at no cost to me. Highly recommend this place.

I stopped by for an alignment. They said it couldn't be done and provided me with a laundry list of new parts my vehicle needed including an entirely new front end. They also recommended a new water pump and steering pump. All in all over $2,600 worth of recommendations because they not only wanted to replace bushings they wanted to replace all the A arms and other hardware. I went elsewhere and paid the $80 for the alignment I needed. I also had another mechanic perform an inspection and no maintenance was identified as needed even for my 13 year old truck. Go elsewhere.

I gave them a set of four wheels, tires and TPMS sensors. After they had everything mounted and balanced beautifully and as I'm driving, the TPMS light comes on. I return a couple of days later to have them reprogram the TPMS sensors. Dude at the front desk said he'd have to charge me to remount, balance and reprogram the TPMS sensors because I didn't buy the sensors from him.

I've been coming to Radial Tire since I had my first car. They're always so genuine and honest! I came in for an oil change and it took about 35 minutes. I've been dealing with some type of issue with the car that I mentioned to the technician and he kindly checked my battery and gave me graphs for proof and he advise me what to do since my check engine light wasn't on there wasn't much they can do for me but that I should definitely take it to the dealership of where I purchased my car.

Had a unfortunate flat which could not be repaired. Tire wouldn't​ hold air for more than a few seconds and so needed a place close to home. Called Radial Tire. Didn't have tire on hand, but could order and have next day. Just stopped by today as I couldn't make it in earlier. Tire installed quickly, but upon looking at invoice and tire, they ordered/installed similar, but incorrect tire. Major bummer. They quickly ordered a new one which arrived same day. Installed and on my way.
