Avanti Health Care Services was founded in New York State in 1993 and has evolved from a single retail pharmacy in Manhattan, to a major provider of comprehensive ancillary health care services in the greater New York City region. Since our inception Avanti has experienced significant growth. The company has remained responsive to the demands of an ever-changing health care environment.
Avanti Health Care Services is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with debilitating pain who require palliative / hospice care, through appropriate medication management and care planning. Consultation with on-site Pharmacists who can provide therapeutic recommendations based on medication usage guidelines.
The objectives of this program are to promote patient compliance, accomplish treatment goals and maximize therapeutic effects of a consistent medication regimen. Individuals that would derive the greatest benefit from this program are those with chronic disease states, taking multiple medications for prolonged periods, and/or, those having difficulty with medication compliance.

Unfortunately I had the complete displeasure to interact with a woman named Lisa at your facility. What an absolute horror of a person. Completely rude and just down right nasty. Short blonde with a hell of an attitude. She should really consider a profession where she doesn't have to speak to anyone. Shocked that she found employment with your establishment. I will be making other arrangements as she has completely turned me and my family off from ever coming here again.

Avanti has been great with quick delivery. My only complaint is when I called to order more supplies from tonya the infusion specialist she was extremely rude to me and wasnt helpful what so ever. I have been dealing with avanti for my mothers hospice care and tonya could be a little more knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with patients and costomers.
