Shalonda is not only an amazing, knowledgeable and professional realtor, she is kind. Kindness in today's world, especially real estate is a unicorn and Shalonda just embodies it. These things coupled with her integrity and "let's serve our clients efficiently" attitude made our transaction so ridiculously smooth. Shalonda was so professional, patient and informative during the process of finding a tenant for my rental property. I was a new landlord so she took extra care in screening the potential tenants and keeping me informed.
