I am sad writing this because after 2 1/2 years I am saying goodbye to my favorite apartment but we are moving out of the area.
It has been a mixed experience living here overall but I truly highly recommend Peppertree Apartments.
Pros: Jasmine (Property Manager) and her staff maintain the property very well and care about the residents.
Maintenance is handled very quickly.
The Apartments are clean. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bath and it is very comfortable. In unit laundry, wood burning fireplace,, central air and heat, balcony with extra storage. It doesn't have water heater in it so it provides

I LEFT A BIG BEAUTIFUL ARTICLE ABOUT PEPPERTREE APT HOMES; BUT SOMEHOW IT GOT LOST💧. I WANTED TO SAY THAT WHILE I LIVED THERE FOR AT LEAST 6 YRS,SOME TIME AGO, IT WAS TOTALLY A WONDERFUL AWESOME TIME IN MY LIFE. THE STAFF AT PEPPERTREE, THAT INCLUDES EVERYONE, 8WERE SO GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL!!!! I FELT SAFE AND I MADE FRIENDS AND I REALLY TRULY ENJOYED LIVING THERE!!! IF I DIDNT MEET MY HUSBAND I WOULD MOST LIKELY BE STILL LIVING THERE.....THANK YOU FOR WELCOMING ME THERE TO THE PEPPERTREE APT HOMES!!!💖✌ I'M HOPING TO LIVE THERE AGAIN BY CHRISTMAS. Terrible business. I've been going back and forth with the property manager on site and even attempted to make contact with legal and all the way up to the VP of this company. Nobody can wants to work to resolve the issue at hand.
The property manager at Peppertree apartment homes in Pittsburg CA is an absolute joke, has no manners or business sense. She absolutely always interrupts me, can't explain why I'm being charged for services, can't even follow/explain the lease agreement. The list goes on and on.
Please, for your sake, avoid renting with this company. I read over every line of our lease

LOVE my apartment! The complex is very clean and beautiful. The management staff is amazing. Jasmine Razo is the Property Manager and has been super helpful! She is always willing to answer any questions I have and quick to address any concerns. This complex is awesome and I would highly recommend! 5 stars!

Great community in Pittsburg compared to other apartments. We enjoyed our stay here for a year. The community is gated, clean and quiet. They seem to put a lot of effort in making sure the apartment keeps a good image outside and within the apartment. Front desk is always helpful and informative when you have questions. Never had to worry about anything when I lived here. Thank you & keep up the great work!

I’ve lived here 3 years and have been very happy. Always enjoyed the staff. Jesse is the best maintenance man you could ask for. Unfortunately I will be moving due to the fact that rents are increasing everywhere and I’m not paying what is being asked to live in ghetto nasty Pittsburg. If you’re ok with this town then I highly recommend living here. I’ll be sad to go but it’s time.

I had hoped to live there a long time but I was evicted after 1 month after one of the office attentdence told me a lie I was 7 months pregnant with my first child and when I wasn't able to work anymore I just needed then to wait one more week while my disability check came in and a woman in the office said they don't except partial payment so I asked if it was OK to pay in full next week and she said yes. Well 3 days later we got an eviction notice. I was forced to stay in a uhaul for 3 day until I could find another place for my growing family.

We moved about a month ago and the apartments are nice quiet... the staff are amazing... We had a fire like a couple weeks of living here. The property manager Tameka Bello she is amazing, she moved us into a different apartment complex. She helped us with out with everything, she was so caring and helpful.... she helped collect donations, she helped us out alot... I have 2 kids and 1 on the way... I would rate this place a 5. It was unfortunate that the fire happened but it was made up for by the support of the staff... If I could I would move back here... RATE 5 STAR!!!!!
