Loved living here , wish I never moved out ( unfortunately we moved because we needed a bigger place ) Big mistake , currently live next door at Stoneman Apartments and it’s an absolute nightmare! Miss Portofino! 😫 if you’re looking for a great place to live with a great management team and community I totally recommend Portofino 👌🏻

Let’s be clear, Ashley lied. Whoever responded back to Mr. Johnson. To be clear, the only person who was attentive and helpful for and to Portofino apartments would have been Aujanae which also makes sense why she left.
Next, we did not speak in person. I MYSELF! Spoke to Ashley who did NOT! Advise of any of this information UNTIL! AFTER THE FACT. To be clear. I spoke with her and she DID NOT TELL ME ANY OF THAT! Which is why we went about everything the way we did. No one was clear on anything! I double checked with her and the new girl that work there however Miss Ashley && the rude boss that’s

Terrible experience. Horrible staff namely Ashley the leasing manager. She has a terrible attitude, she’s unprofessional and uses her title to show favor to those she has more interest in, such as waiving late fees for those she’s more friendly with. Her snide comments coupled with her less than human emotions make her impossible to work with.
Amanda is the next one with almost intolerable personalities. After expressing grievances with her on site staff, Amanda laughed. I didn’t know whether to be appalled or upset. Nothing further to be said about that or her.

When I first applied I was helped by Vicky who was extremely nice and welcoming. After that I never saw her again and the new person taking over wasn't as pleasant. Maintenance guy rude as hell thinking he is above and beyond everyone else. "If you hate your job so much, then change it." Hard to explain, but overall I didn't feel comfortable nor welcomed, given my previous landlord who is amazing and the sweetest human being ever over in Concord.
