See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

We've lived here since 2006. Not one person from management has come over to make sure the appliances are still in good standing. The old carpet is making us sick. I'm sure there's mold in the windows. The risk infestation is growing. A lot of time is spent maintaining the outside but the insides needs some attention too. Can someone please come repurpose this apartment. Change the carpet? Our dish washer smells every time you run it. The bathroom leaks. We just want better maintenance.

My oven went out. Burners working but the oven wouldn’t heat up. I went in the office to handle something else and mentioned It to the manager...(I like him and he knows me by name☺️) he put the request in and they came out to fix it a week later. The experience overall was good because it’s fixed, just wish it didn’t take so long. Two maybe 3 days for me, woulda rated a 5 star..4 is still good.

Going on to my second year living here, thank you so much Tim for making my life here easier and better. Everytime I reached for assistance you guys helped. Going on to my 2nd year contract made easy by you guys. Maintaining and keeping the area clean gets better every year. I recommend this place for a family. You guys are awesome.

The management is poor and seems to not care about the property or the tenants. The same trash will be left around the grounds for days, and even weeks. The laundry rooms are not maintained, there has been a washer full of dirty, stagnant water for nearly a month. The wire mesh on the laundry room doors is broken, presenting a safety hazard and allowing access without a key.
The apartments themselves are nice enough. The complex has good potential if it was properly managed.

I do not live here but I have received an email about an available unit. I called on 10/10/2017 twice. Left a voicemail. Called again (10/11/2017) about 4 times no answer. Left another voicemail. Called today (10/12/2017) no answer. Left another voicemail and called back. A lady answered and I explained to her that I've been calling and have yet to receive a returned phone call and I was interested in the unit and she skips the question and says, "How can I help you Ma'am?" I am done with this complex and the reviews are already bad .... NOPE!

Lived there for over 10 years. If get an apt. Up front it's good place to live. Do NOT rent one of the ones by the back pool! Especially if you have kids!! Back area not safe at night!! Even though there is 2 pools the new owners never open the Adult pool anymore; sucks! Even though management team try's this place has really gone down hill!!! To bad used to love it here. Now just wish I could afford the move...
