I have had many subpar experiences over the years I have been with this vet including: my pets blood being left outside in the heat to go bad then I receive a call that I have to bring him back in to get redrawn; the actual Doctor calling and leaving incorrect information about my pets bloodwork (I still have the voicemail), compounded medications being called to the wrong pharmacy and the list goes on. I have stayed with them only because they are the closest vet to my home that accepts my pets health insurance. However, after my most recent experience I will not be returning. The bottom line

They were professional and were great at answering my questions about my visit. They aren't letting people wait in the lobby yet, I had opted for drop off service they offer. It was a great alternative for me, I grabbed a couple things inside Bashes while I waited for them to call me. They were also faster with the exam then originally quoted so that was nice also.

After struggling to find a vet that I felt confident in, I'm so thankful to have found Cross Winds. A few weeks ago, my pup injured himself and when my vet couldn't get me in for over a week and offered no help in the meantime, I called up Cross Winds and they were able to bring my pup in same day and provided excellent care. Not only did my very timid dog do well with them, but they were patient with me while walking me through everything and answering all of my many questions. Cross Winds is amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat! We've been coming here for over 2 years now, and we have ALWAYS received the best service at every level of the office. I work in professional animal care myself, and am incredibly picky about who I trust with my "fur babies" but I can honestly say I have never doubted the care they receive at Cross winds animal clinic. They are always going above and beyond expectations, and have shown the same level of care across the board with all the people I've recommended to them. We love our vet. We found our vet in Jan. 2013 when we adopted our Faye from Friends for Life rescue. Our daughter takes her little Chi-winnie and cat to Cross Winds as well.
