I feel like because they didnt a good job diagnosing our animal. Our animal died.
Would never take another animal there.
Make sure you get second advice.

If you have a rabbit, this is the place to go! They really understand them and had how to treat them. I had a rabbit with a reoccurring abscess and my last vet seemed to not care, Little Critters went above and beyond and worked hard to help get my bunny better. They understand small exotic animals like rabbits which is hard to find and treated her with urgency. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love coming to this vets office. I have 8 rats and they take such good care of them. I have been to many exotic vets and this one by far is the best. My husband and I drive an hour and a half to get to this office. The staff and doctors are amazing. They truly care about the animals they see everyday.

As new customers of Little Critters, we're really pleased so far! They're professional, friendly and communicative. We were impressed with how thorough they were at our dogs' check up visit, and that we didn't just feel like another client rushed in and out. The vet was clearly very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time going over any questions or concerns we had. One of our dogs suffers from anxiety and wouldn't let them touch him but they tried their best to check his health and offer calming advice as well. A night and day difference from our previous vet experience. Overall, very happy

This place is incredible. Not only did their staff work hard to have my Hallie seen ASAP for her ear infection, but Dr. Moore and her tech were phenomenal with Hallie. Dr. Moore and her tech sat and spoke to me. They didn't rush us like a 10 minute oil and lube, I understood everything and Hallie felt calm enough to let them treat her with no problems. I can't say enough great things!

Very nice place! Gave 4 stars only because it's a little pricey and they always seem understaffed. But the people are lovely! The doctors don't shy away from telling you what's going on and they seem to genuinely care about the pets. They'll work with your needs and your pet's as well as answer any questions/concerns. They do a wonderful job! Highly recommend.

You really couldn’t make it much better. You’ve adapted well to the pandemic and your procedures seem efficient. The significant improvement of the admin staff is notable, and your updated telephone system (without the annoying music on hold loop) is appreciated greatly.

They are so friendly and helpful. They got my Mary Jo in sooner than the other 10-12 veterinarians I begged for a appointment for my sick chihuahua. They have much better prices , their office is not full of people, very professional. They are a good hour or more away from me but it is totally worth the drive. I’m so happy I found them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou, Tanya from Casa Grande, Az

Rude and heartless vet and assistants. (Dr. Patt) Took my semi feral cat here in October with FIV snd UTI and spent 500 dollars on diagnosis and antibiotics. UTI cleared up temporarily and returned in 2 months. they told me in order to give her more antibiotics they would need to see buttercup again and do another urinalysis. This requires… further sedation and roughly 400-500 dollars, again! Bringing this kitty in is extremely difficult. She had FIV and needs to remain calm. Today I called to get a refill on her lactulose (which she has one refill left) and they refused to refill since

Took my guinea pigs here one time and I already love it. When I called they were pretty booked out for appointments, but were able to squeeze my girls in quickly so we could start treatment. They were in constant contact and such a great staff!!! highly recommend!

NOT HAPPY. Giving "5 stars" so it shows up at the top and not the bottom. I would give this place negative stars if at all possible. A month or two ago I woke up in the morning to find that my dog Nova had gotten a lump on her face during the night. I put pressure on it lightly to see if it caused her pain, which it did not, so I decided to make a vet appointment instead of going to the ER. She was acting normal, eating and drinking normal, gums pink, etc. My assumption was that it was a tooth issue, considering the location of the swelling on her face. I called around to multiple vets the following

We needed an Exotic vet for our little buns and loved Little Critters. They are incredibly thorough and have amazing customer service. They called to check on our buns just to make sure they were doing good after their first well visit. Covid makes things weird but they were wonderful and there is nothing that could have been done better!
