At Nashville Funeral and Cremation, we take great pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.

We have a wide range of resources to support you not only today, but in the weeks and months to come. We can create a customized, online memorial for you to share with family and friends. The memorial includes the obituary and any photographs you wish to provide. It will serve as a place for visitors to post condolences, share memories, upload photos, and light candles in honor of your loved one.
Services
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
Meaningful memorialization of a loved one's passing can transform, heal, and comfort us. It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value, and inspires us with their life stories. Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone or marker, or a new device (available spring 2009).

My sincerest thanks to the staff of Nashville Funeral and Cremation. My sister unexpectedly passed in Nashville while receiving cancer treatment. We were 600 miles away from home and totally at the mercy of others to care for her remains and assist us in getting her home. NFC was recommended to us and they exceeded all expectations. Words cannot express the gratitude we have. Christopher went above and beyond to help us. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and concern during this most difficult time.

I requested a simple revised death certificate and the funeral director sent it to my mothers previous residence and now we can’t locate it. I still don’t understand the logic there.

We couldn't have asked for better care with my sister. She was at hospice and we knew the end was near. Called and spoke to Travis who was extremely helpful with what to expect at time of passing.
Then the day came. We called and I spoke with Chris. Got an appointment that afternoon. What an amazing young man. Caring and compassionate. My nephew went down to pay and was gone 4 hrs.
It didn't take that long. He was just hanging out talking to Chris. How blessed we are to have such a nice team of caring and professional people in our town.
The prices are unbeatable in my opinion. If you can not

Excellent, caring service. Worked with Christopher Taylor and he could not have been more professional. Used them 8 years ago as well and received the same excellent care.

My brother Shawn Lyons passed away, and Scott Keene here at Nashville Funeral and Cremation went above and beyond with his customer service. His compassion for families who've lost a loved one is amazing. He is truly an asset to this company. I just cannot put into words how much Scott's kindness, compassion and hard work meant to our family in our time of need. Thank you Scott, I am not sure what we would have done without you!

Very professional and absolutely no shenanigans or upselling. This is the first funeral that I have had to arrange for, and I have heard so many bad reports about other funeral providers. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience here. Everything was done exactly as agreed and with no surprise charges.

Myself and my family have had 2 very sudden deaths in the last 6 months. We found Nashville Funeral & Cremation while price shopping cremation services for my brother in law, who did not have any life insurance. Scott Keene took excellent care of us in January and is the reason I came back when my husband passed in June. His care, compassion & professionalism has made me & my family customers for as long as he is there!

My experience with Nashville Funeral & Cremation was First Class. My interactions was mainly with Chris Taylor who took care of all the arrangements. Chris liaised with my local funeral home Peeples in Jacksonville, who collected my husband and prepared him to be repatriated back to Nashville.
I was kept updated every step of the way. Such warmth, kindness and consideration, made me feel really at ease. Chris was always available for my calls.
The Casket I wanted was out of stock but Chris insured I got a suitable one as he knew I wanted Blue. The Casket was beautiful and my husband looked lovely

Scott Keene and the staff at Nashville Funeral and Cremation Service handled my mother's funeral with the professionalism, grace and dignity that they promised when I first contacted them about a year and a half ago. The entire process was handled quickly, and everything they could have done to make it seamless, painless and easy for me and my family was done.
They offered and provided the same services that I paid thousands more for two years earlier when my father passed, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
