Please i Repeat Dont Do any Business with Keidra Gvance Property Mgr. Over at Rustic Oak Apartments Under First Select Properties Management. This Property Manager Had Me to Go online in hopes of renting an Apartment from them. I Emailed them my Current Proof of email as well as Proof Of Rental History an Paid $45 Application Fee. Keidra Gvance attempted to get $300 Pre-Lease Deposit. I didnt give nothing just 45$ She told me three weeks later after ignoring my calls for weeks saying i was denied. No letter of Explanation no nothing. Dont give them any $ Up front. Make Sure They are Really Running

I lived at Kaposia Valley for over a year. During that time my landlord changed and we weren't told for 4 months who the new person was. The new landlord was Vanessa who was honestly a nightmare to work with. She was very difficult when we moved out to start. We ended up moving out before our lease ended and she basically asked if she could have someone else move in while we were still obligated to pay rent for the apartment just because we weren't there, which I told her no. I have been renting apartments for the last nine years and my time spent at Riverwest Apartments was by far the best experience I have had. We brought our daughter home here and it always felt like home for us. Vanessa was always quick to respond, kind, and the location/neighbors are great. The only reason We are moving is because we got a house ! I Would highly recommend Riverwest Apartments

I lived peacefully at my place for 4 years until these thief's took over, they jacked up the rent, made a bunch of ridiculous rules and basically forced me out so they could make more money on my unit, I was tempted to take legal action. I will never deal with these clowns again, run if you see them!

I lived in that place for 16 years. Never had any complaints of any kind. Was told that I would have no problems when I got a house. Just needed to give a forty five day notice. Which I did and more. Left the place clean and in great shape. Now I get this letter stating that I lost my deposit and owe them 562 dollars. How can someone do this to anyone.
