I avoid dentists and have a sorry set of teeth to prove it. Dr. Turner and his staff are positive, friendly and professional. Dr. Turner gives his honest opinion without pressure or up-selling. He and the staff are extremely kind and there is no suggestions of how a person (me) should have sought better dental care in younger years. They will even let you peek around the office, escorted of course, if you're curious. I actually saw my crown being "printed" in the lab. By far my two visits are the best dental experiences in my life.

This is now Alliance Dental. Do not go here. I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. Showed up and they said they could only do X-rays and could not do a cleaning. The only point of me taking off work was to get a cleaning. So I lost money by not working and not even getting my teeth cleaned. Terrible customer service and attitude from the exam tech. Easy phone call could have been made in advance. Once again find someone else. Absolutely do not recommend Alliance Dental.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is for front office staff not dentist.....I prearranged for my mother in law to have a root canal, and crown. Her son took the day off from work to be available for her. Made appt 2 weeks ahead for a certain day and she took Triazolam (relaxer) an hour before her appt checked in and paid $150 for a deductible.
A few minutes later..don't know front office woman's name but she said she didn't know she needed preauthorization for both procedures before dental work could be done. She would have to call back with authorization before another appointment

Everyone here is so great! Everyone is friendly and you can tell they love what they do. The environment is very warm and welcoming. I recently had to get a root canal and a crown and I was extremely anxious, the assistants and Dr. Turner made me feel so much better. I will definitely continue to come here and have my children come here as well.

I came into Katsur Dental mid February and my experience was great. Belinda was very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had and I am convinced that if you are looking for quality care, you should come to their office. Thank you so much for your help.
Round two was today, May 15th,2018.
Again I was treated very well and even my copay went down!

Dr. Turner is by far the best dentist I've ever had! He is honest, funny, patient, and he takes excellent care of all his patients. These are just a few of his wonderful qualities. My entire family goes to Dr. Turner and we all LOVE him! I live in Chander and I make the drive to Peoria just to see Dr. Turner. I've always been petrified to go to the dentist and Dr. Turner really puts me at ease. He also does an excellent job on my teeth. Not to mention his dental assistance are amazing, too! I'm a patient for life!

I have been neglecting my dental care because I am so terrified of dentists, I was forced to see one due to chronic pain. I could not be any happier with Dr. Turner's work and his staff, everyone was very pleasant, accommodating and understanding of my phobia. I had a root canal done, was prescribe a medication that allowed me to relax, not feel anything and leave pain free. Because I had such a great experience I am brave enough to schedule appointments for all the dental care I need. This dentistry its highly recommended!!!!

I was in significant tooth pain. I called and was able to get in the next day. I was offered a couple different options for fixing the issue. I chose to have extraction. It was painless and both the dentist and his assistant were great. They both had an amazing sense of humor and made this experience so much easier than I expected!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Turner during my ROOT CANAL, of all things. He and his dental assistant made sure the experience was nearly pain free and very calm. He has soft hands when working on your mouth and is an all around nice guy.
I really can't believe how almost painless and easy the procedure was thanks to the experience of the doctor and staff.
Dental work is never inexpensive, but I found Katsur Dental to be affordable for the procedure and they were willing to work with me.
Other than that, I do recommend this dentist.

I have been going to Katsur Dental for the past 10 years ever since I moved here from Massachusetts. All of my visits have been very positive. My hygienist is very professional and does a great job with my cleanings and explaining any issues to me. Recently I have had to have a crown replaced and Dr. Turner took care of it with minimum discomfort. My sister, a snowbird, has been going there for her cleanings and xrays for the past couple of years and my adult daughter also went for her cleanings when she stayed with me for 2 years, both at a much reduced cost than they would have paid back

Fantastic service. I am terrified of the dentist and my last experience was awful. So i ended up with some tooth pain and called Katsur dental. They were so nice and was able to get me in. I ended up being late and they said to still come in. I was taken back and felt very comfortable. The dr came in took a look and was very upfront and honest about what was going on. The dr was very nice and even joked around which made me feel more at ease. I would highly recommend them.
