Good quality doesn't cover it - Don and his team are AMAZING! This was the second time we worked with Don and it was another great experience. We found a house before putting our old home on the market and Don and his team work quickly to get our home listed and under contract the first weekend, all while getting under contract on our new home. He navigated multiple offers on both homes, the inspection process for both homes and got us closed on both homes in less than 2 months! Don is so easy to work with and makes it happen. Don Harkins is awesome. He truly knows all the neighborhoods throughout this area and only brought us to showings that would fit our needs and likes (even without us explicitly articulating all those harder-to-describe aspects of a home.) He was always super responsive and secured us a home in our top neighborhood, with at least 5 other bids on it, AND without going over budget! All-around great guy and a pleasure to work with!
