Roberto did a great job on our home inspection. As a first-time home buyer we had a lot of concerns and questions but thanks to his patience and professionalism, we were able to go through the process smoothly. The report is thorough and he was able to point out couple main concerns of the house, which helped us save time and money. Will come back in the future if needed!

We hired this inspector who was referred to us by the real agent to inspect the house we wanted to buy. The day of the inspection, he was at the property for 3 hrs. alone with the seller inside the house to do the inspection. We came to the property at the end of inspection to get updates on the inspection result. He said the house is in perfect condition, the only issue he found is a broken outlet plastic cap other than that there no issue in the house.

I built a home and hired Inspection Analytics to conduct the pre-dry wall and final inspections. Inspection Analytics was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. It was a great relief having Inspection Analytics inspecting my new construction since I was not able to be there during the pre-drywall stage! They made it an easy process to set up and complete. Very thorough report on everything in the house. We were on site during the inspection and Peyton took the time to point out specifics and answered questions. Turn around time on the report was quick and detailed as to where everything was located with excellent photos. This company offered an amazing service. They're professional and highly experienced. Being a first time home buyer I was extremely anxious but their expertise calmed my nerves. The first home they inspected for me we did not purchase as he was able to seek and find things the owners went to great lengths to hide. The second home we did purchase and have lived here 9 months. The only issues we currently have were clearly stated in his inspection report. I highly recommend this company.
