Just moves here a month ago with my bf and pup. After a horrible living experience in Boulder, I had my guard up ans was scared to move again. Luckily we found this place and fell in love the property is clean and updated and the property manager Brian is extremely helpful and so kind! He helped us out with an early move in date and has just been so amazing every step of thw way! Thank you Brian and staff for making us feel right at home! We love the amenities and speedy response to anything we needed for an easy move

I've lived here for 2 years, and would say it's been a pretty positive experience overall :) The staff is really responsive, especially to maintenance calls, which is really appreciated. I always got a response within 2 days at the most. Things would get fixed /taken care of quickly. Love the apartments themselves - updated /modern looking appliances, great water pressure, and everything worked pretty well for me without many issues. Leasing office is also patient with you regarding any noise issues; they try to address things as a 'let's work together approach' rather

I have pictures and luckily for you videos can't be posted on here because I have them of the roaches that were in my bathroom, dishwasher, kitchen drawers, stovetop, and on the outside of the front door when I was coming in the apartment.
Brent and you 1000% discouraged me fro getting a lawyer, I still have those emails buddy! Regardless of where the roaches came from you knew they were in the adjacent unit and dIdn't tell me about it prior to moving in. All I asked was to be moved to a similar unit in a different building, which you wouldn't without charing me more or let me

I have lived at urban for what feels like forever! I am on my 3rd lease, originally maintenance was my favorite party but now I can't decide! It's a great location with amazing office ( Amy!!) and maintenance crew!! I can't even change a light bulb, god forbid something serious happens but I know all of the urban staff is here to help and that's wonderful!!!

I have live at Four Mile for 2 years and absolutely love it here! The management staff (Janie and Kim) are fabulous. They make everyone feel welcome and important. Our maintenance team is also wonderful, particularly Joe. He is quick and always at your service. The neighbors in my building are also very friendly and we have a close knit group that hangs out and does social events together.

I've been living at Urban Phenix Infinity Park from July '17 to current and would definitely recommend this property to any and all young professionals working in Denver.
Located in Glendale, it's just a 10-15min drive to anywhere you want to go in Denver.
Since I started living here, I've seen lots of change in the management, and albeit there were some rocky months, the current ladies in the leasing office, along side Manager Shawn are such a breathe of fresh air. They treat everyone with understanding and patience, and really are a solid team.

Location, Location, Location! Super convenient to downtown, shopping and the interstate to head west for skiing! Great park behind the complex for the pup and the staff is incredible! Theresa keeps this place looking great and is so fun to chat with. Joe helped me load a heavy item into my truck! Kim is very responsive in the office and our new manager, Janie, has turned around what was recently an unfriendly and cold office! Thanks for making Urban Phenix at 4 Mile Great Again!!!

I lived here for 2 years. Buildings were remodeled from the brick in. They did a very nice job structurally. The units are clean and solid. Kitchens are small and basic. Stove does nothing more than manual cook and self clean. Fridge is low end. There was a mouse problem which they have under control. Maintenance responds super quickly which is wonderful! Overall maintenance on the property is lax. They can't figure out how to solve many problems that recur ( laundry machines, door pads so you don't need your key). Curfews are not enforced at the hot tub ( I"m guessing

The company-
Good lord. They will say just about anything to get you to move in. I clearly remember Brent walking me through the property and telling me all of his grandiose ideas including: fixing a gate that opened in a very inconvenient way, having "resident parties", putting in new washer/dryers, etc. I can 100% promise you none of that happened. The other thing that felt off about this management company was who they were allowing to rent in our community. The cops have been to our property
