Phil understood our needs and made us feel comfortable and secure in every step of the process. He and his team were very professional, experienced, and helpful. You could tell that he really cared about us. The experience with Phil was of professional Quality from the first meeting. He came to my house to estimate the sales price on a Sunday dressed up an ready to talk business.
