At Crossfit Williamsville we believe that humans are meant to move with power and grace, but somewhere along the line we may have forgotten that. Remember how good it used to feel to run, jump, lift and climb. Let us show you how to tap into your inner child and reclaim the abilities of your youth.
We will give you results through classes that are designed to help you re-learn how to move like you did when you were a child. We will reestablish the connectivity with your own body and show you how much fun exercising can be. Crossfit Williamsville is located in Cheektowaga. We offer Crossfit, Fitness training, Group Crossfit training, and Fitness Challenges.

Been going here almost 3 months now. I came here because of persistent backpain but have been painfree almost 3 months! Rob and Josh are the best coaches! The other coaches are amazing as well, just not on the floor as often in the am. I am amazed at how much stronger I feel. I have more energy. I'm only 28 but thought I hurt my back in the army. Rob showed me and rewired me to deadlift and squat the proper way! Years of improper lifts have contributed to my backpain. I am estatic to continue my life painfree.

I dropped in for a WOD while I was in western New York, It was a FANTASTIC experience! Every member I met was welcoming and encouraging (with a smile, too). I appreciated how Rob structured the class time. It was great to see another box run the same as my "hometown" box. I would highly recommend Crossfit Williamsville. I look forward to seeing their new home next year when I return.

I love this place-challenging and (competitive if you want it) workouts with great instruction prior to the workout. I was afraid of injury with this challenge especially at my age. After 8 months, I have had no injury and have become so much stronger. Its a friendly and supportive place to try xfit

Due to service, I never got to try Crossfit Williamsville, but did pay for it.
Rob calls back, but days and days and days and days later. I had to drop in to actually talk to him. Just got a voicemail yesterday from a call I made 8 days earlier.
It's hard to actually start the classes if you can't get the information. Too bad, as I was excited about them.
Unfortunately, it's a waste of time when you have to chase someone down to give them your business. Most likely will be a waste of yours.

I dropped in to CrossFit Williamsville this past summer for about two weeks. I was immediately welcomed as part of the team by Rob and his staff. I was somewhat experienced with CrossFit, but Rob showed me a whole new way of pushing myself using my body and my own movement. It's a challenging method I haven't seen in many other gyms, and Rob was a great teacher. He also had great tips and strategies for other, more traditional CrossFit workouts. I'd recommend CrossFit Williamsville not only to those in starting out in CrossFit but those who want to hone or refine their skills.

I have been going here for about a month now and I really enjoy it. It is the second crossfit place I have tried and it is unique because it is a blend of crossfit and movnat (think natural movement) . This seems to mean we crawl a lot (that is way harder than it sounds).
Crossfit generally is a fun way to work out because they are group classes focusing on full body movements that really challenge you, but there tends to be a great camaraderie. Rob, the owner, seems to teach 90-95% of the classes and he has a nice welcoming attitude and does not push hard on trying to sell you products and classes

Rob is a really great trainer who gives great attention to form and is never patronizing. I feel extremely safe and encouraged. The culture at this gym is amazing. I've been only three times and already feel like I'm one of the gang. .. And I'm already noticing benefits. There are muscles under this padding! I look forward to getting really fit and having even more fun. Rob please open an Elmwood village location!
