I love it here Danielle and Amanda and the rest of staff are really good about getting stuff done whenever I call for a maintenance request it's alway real fast either that same day or the next day service I'm happy here I understand that being short-staffed sometimes it takes a while to get things done but I've never had a complaint

At the end of November I was moving into a one bedroom apartment from a two bedroom when I was suddenly taken ill and Danielle and Amanda bent over backwards to allow my family a few extra days to finish moving my things while I was in the hospital. This was a big help to me. I have been here for eleven years now. They are very good at what they do. I would recommend Village of Cross Creek to anyone.

We've been here almost 5 years and we call it, "HOME!"
Our apartment is cozy, neighbors are friendly. Property is very well maintained not only by our outstanding Maintenance Crew but Landscaping, all sub-contractors included. Leasing agent is very sweet & accommodating. The VERY BEST PROPERTY MANAGER, DANIELLE WAYMAN DESERVES THE AWARD FOR BEST PROPERTY MANAGER OF THE LAST 5 YEARS BY THE NATIONAL APARTMENT ASSOCIATION! SHE RUNS A TIGHT SHIP AND TAKES GOOD CARE OF HER RESIDENTS NEEDS!
Not to mention all that she does on the Holidays for our community! We're nestled in a quiet spot, close to everything
