Florence Apartments

As an employee of this property I can assure you that the team at Florence apartments are working hard to provide our residents with a nice place to call home. If they ever have any questions or concerns we have an open door policy to resolve any issues. At Florence Apartments we care about the community and our residents.

Karen is the NEW property manager and she's freaking awesome. Very down to earth and knows her stuff. Will do anything to help you and put you in contact with resources. Any time we have maintenance issues (rarely) the guys show up promptly if the same day, within the hour or if I call late they are here the next day. Most importantly the hallways are clean and smell good, trash is never piled up, neighbors are cool. The only bugs we see are the ones from roofline because of where our apartment is. I don't know why this complex has a "bad" but I'm totally happy over this way.

I moved in in December of 2018 I was told the rent was $740/month the first month was fine I payed $780 after that the next 10 months I’ve paid $1025-$1100 a month $300 worth of extra fees I had no clue about I would not recommend the staff could care less.

Giving 3 stars instead of 4 because there is still work that needs to be done. However they have a 5 star staff who have never hesitated to address any issue I've had. I've seen improvements on the property in the past year and have confidence the current staff will continue working on improving the property.

U don't want to know... I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved in, so true. I don't stay here much cause I have anxiety about the roaches crawling on me. I also have to sleep with the lights on because they come out at night time. I'm a very clean person and never had to live with them. They do come in and spray often, but it don't help. I wish I would have paid the extra $45 to get a piece of mind to live in apartments across the street. It's pretty embarrassing when you have company over and you see roaches crawling across the table. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like

I have been living here since February of 2018 and I have watched many tenants come and go and continued to wonder why, but I now see this a horrible place to live the property management and maintenance team lie about completing work order and nothing in the apartment was really replaced. I remember when I first came to see the apartment Mike told me that he had the counter tops in my apartment painted instead of replaced and he failed to mention that the rent is one price but you share your sewer utilities with your neighbors so if they run water like crazy your bills are expensive and the bugs

I live Florence apt from 2015 they manager on office was great but on 2017 they manager on office name Mike his no good on 2017 I moved to 3 bed room the was no clean the restroom mixed everything and dirty dish washer no working stinking they door is mixed the stove is not working no smoke detector air conditioning no working take two months to fixed some over to now they ai conditions the is one at living room don't working I asked him to fixed he asked me why is broken down from tow months to now he don't come look it I can post the picture they beard make nest inside in air conditioner but

It seems that after they do not provide you with a good home, you move out looking for a better home and the manager of the Florence apartments will be exaggerating and inventing debts that you do not have, I do not know if you do it for revenge or because your apartments are staying empty. Those who still live there, I advise you to take photos before the apartment is delivered and the manager to see what state they find the apartment, I now supposedly have a debt of $ 1,330.53

I moved here in March of this year and I have not been happy about a lot of things. The carpet in the hallways are not in great shape at all and they do smell bad ( I know they are trying to get this replaced), the children that play outside completely trash the area with everything they can get their hands on and the whole pool situation upsets me the most because that was one of the reasons besides getting a 3 bedroom apartment for moving here. I moved in less than a month ago. The apartment was generally in good shape. Some things weren't perfect because maintenance was dealing with a fire in other units. Every issue we have raised was promptly addressed. Rent is reasonable for the area and the grounds are well kept.
