The manager is never available. Never answers the phone. Always keeps the office locked and refuses to answer the door. Maintenance issues are never fixed. Corporate refuses to do anything. The regional manager never answers his phone. The "refurbish" they did used the most cheap and crappily made products that constantly break and the maintenace man always replies with " It's on order". You want to improve this rating? Do your job then!

This is the worst place I ever rented... I was been calling them all day today I left them so many massages I told them my stove is not working I have kids I can’t cook for them I called the maintenance emergency number hours a go I called the office no one has response me back.. I went the office 20 times the office guy is there he locked the office in the inside his car is outside I can hear the music his listening to. The people they hire do not do their job please find another place they do this to everyone that lives here I highly do not recommend this Apartments please don’t even consider

My wife and I rented one of these town homes a few years ago. It was our first place together. We loved the layout, there was plenty of space, they had just updated all of the appliances and it was right off the expressway. It seemed like the perfect first home for us.
A couple months after moving in however we started having problems with our neighbors. The kids here are out of control screaming until midnight no parental supervision rent is 950 unless your on welfare or section 8 and no utilities are included no pool. tiny dogs that bark all day and when you confront kids or parents about their behavior the pretend they dont speak english.. This place was great 2yrs ago.Now it takes Section 8 and 42 and the place has gone to hell.. We re moving out.. Dont live here..unless you have a whole lot of kids. Not a place for quiet .
