I have tried to get in contact with this property numerous times. No one picks up the phone or returns messages. How am I supposed to get in contact with anyone to get information about touring and fees. I have also tried to send messages through their website and that does not work either. I have been trying for over a week.

About 15 minutes after posting my review I was contacted by the property manager. All my questions were answered and all my issues were solved. Thank you!

Well where do I start. I first met Felicia she was so nice and took the time to talk with me and here our story. She made the meeting so easy and smooth the whole time. Took us to show us the model and answer every question we had. That’s where we met the Manager Ashleigh and let me say. She is the most sweet and caring professional I have ever come in contact with. She even took the time to talk with us and see what it was we was looking for and made us feel like we had come home to family to help us. The company that she works for needs to have her over seeing all their Managers if the others

The maintenance men, Mike and Mike are Awesome!! Every time I have an issue the property manager, Ashleigh alerts maintenance and everything is addressed promptly. They enter the unit with so much Joy, respect, and kindness. They are very skilled and perform their job extremely well. The Paddock Club team is very appreciated!!🌸🙂🌸🙂🌸🙂

Ashleigh and the crew at Paddock Club Florence have been awesome to work with. They were one of the few places that answered my frantic phone call trying to locate a place to live in a short timeframe. They listened to my needs, concerns, and questions. Without hesitation, they reassured me they had my back because moving is stressful. They sent me an application, answered all of my initial questions, and I happily received a Welcome Home letter for my new place. So far the experience is beyond what I could have expected. All I can say is Ashleigh is the BEST!! Me and my family have been in a crazy process of moving into the state, and she has made this process so easy. We dealt with places in the area all over trying to find a place. Places took our deposits knowing they didn't have a place available and all. Ashleigh stayed in touched with us the entire process, and it has been nothing but smooth. Whoever owns this place needs 2 make sure they keep her! Thanks again

So I haven’t moved in just yet, however, the application process and hospitality that Ashleigh has shown to me has been so compassionate and nice! Initially when I was looking there wasn’t anything available, but she kept all of my information and kept me in mind! This complex is truly a diamond in the rough! I have never loved a place so much than I do here. Ashleigh & Adam have been the BEST property managers I have ever met and seen! Have to give a shout to Adam! I called to ask if they have time to give me a quick tour, let alone not only did Adam got me in right away but he really took his time to explain and answer all of my questions as my family has not move in 10 years. He is fantastic and really nice guy who just has a excellent work attitude! I fell in love with the place when walking threw and was so happy to see someone was taking care of this
