DeAnna is so kind and helpful. She seemed to always be available, responsive and kind. My neighbors were amazing. This complex is so close to everything also! I have nothing but good things to say about living here for 8 months. Travis is also super responsive and friendly. They both truly care about the property and their tenants. Thank you.

I've only lived here for a little over a month but have had great experiences with the Logger Creek maintenence and management so far! It's a great location, affordable and the apartments are very nice.
Travis, came to our place when we had an issue and was able to fix our sink super quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. DeAnna is super accommodating, friendly and whenever I have questions she's great! Only met Walter once but he was great and he showed my roommate around when we were still searching for apartments and was very helpful!

Logger Creek was a nice apartment, clean, quiet, and a very nice location. The leasing staff were very friendly and helpful. I only moved because my job took me back to California. Would highly recommend this place especially for single women. I felt very safe and it is walking distance to a lot of places including the Green Belt.

Decent place to live. Pricing is competitive. Have had nothing but good experiences with maintenance and management.
Edit: Upgraded to 5 stars after some thought. I've since moved on but in retrospect I'm very happy with this location. Pleased with how management handled my move-out in particular. I'll add that the unit I stayed in felt pretty spacious and modern for the price level. Do recommend.

We've been renting from Logger Creek for over 3 years. Even though the rents have increased (as they have every other place), the commensurate service from the management team has also increased. The current staff is very approachable and understands the ins and outs of property management. The company has also become more tech-friendly with online rent payment options and maintenance submissions. The neighborhood is pretty decent and the location can't be beat!
