If you want to stand out from the crowd, you go where the crowd never goes. You make your own path, you find your own tribe. This is where the journey begins. All those who wander are not lost. They live here. We are the place where the restless rest, where people who like to be outside can go inside.

We believe that an apartment complex should not be complex. It should be a community that feels like home, where people who celebrate Boise and love to play outdoors can live together. You can easily determine what apartment is right for you and your family and start thinking about how you'll arrange your furniture.

I have lived in the Boise area for 22 years. This apartment complex used to be called the clock tower apartments. Before Quinn’s pond and the whitewater park was made, these apartments were low quality construction with no floor or interior wall insulation. You can hear all your neighbors movements and conversations.
Since it was taken over by a California based corporation, they have “remodeled it”, built a really nice club house and gym facility. The problem is the actual apartments themselves are the very definition of putting lipstick on a pig. They have the cheapest possible “new

First I would like to commend the maintenance staff here. Very prompt and professional. Every request I submitted was handled quickly and complete. Management at the front office, however, is a different story. Since the very first day we moved in management has been unreliable and unhelpful. When we moved in we were given two carports and put on a waiting list for a garage. About a week later we were told management forgot to assign us the carports and we would need to chose different ones. Then our neighbor moved in and was given a garage right next to our building. When I went to the office

Truly the worst place I have ever lived. The management doesn't manage anything, they merely ensure that there is some kind of noise happening all the time. Small issues compound to make this place unlivable. The utter lack of consideration for other people by the other residents is astounding. Horrible. Literally counting the days till my lease is up.
*The response posted by Whitewater is an attempt to save face. I have been complaining for 10 months trying to get any help. I have responded to every email, except one reactive email only sent AFTER I posted this review. Neither of us hung up on

Great location, nice apartment, great amenities.
Free parking is narrow. community roads are weird due to the water drainage channel. Pond view from the patio is blocked by trees.

After living at the Whitewater Park Apartments for the past 6 months, I will say that it is a nice place to live. The complex is fairly quiet and the community amenities are nice and current. The maintenance staff does a good job of responding to most needs. The staff is kind. While I have lived here throughout the winter, it would be nice if the grass was better kept up. I live in a ground floor unit and the grass is think at best. Trampled on by pets and not very well taken care of. Having signed up for another 12 months, I'm looking forward to warmer days and hopefully better upkeep of the grounds

Whitewater Park Apartments has something for everyone, whether that's a water view, a fishing dock, a outdoor fireplace, a 24 hour gym, dog park, playgrounds, pools, a spa, a tanning room, clubhouse, coffee bar, tea bar, dog treats, and so much more. In addition to this the location is perfect, their right next door to Esther Simplot Park, right across the street from an elementary school, and minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The staff are also always so friendly and helpful. If someone were to ask me what these apartments could improve on, I personally could not think of anything, they
