Founded by two native Austinites, Justin Rourke and John Martin, Tower Property Management has challenged the "big money" property services status quo since 2015. After decades of working with Tenants, Landlords, other Property Managers, and having purchased rental properties themselves, it was clear the needs of Central Texas's bustling market were not being met.
Tower Property Management is a full service property management company specializing in residential rental properties ranging from garage apartments to large scale complexes. Our goal is to provide our Landlords with solutions and management services that minimize headaches while maximizing profits.
Most property management companies upload a couple pics to the MLS and cross their fingers. We have a 12 step marketing plan that aggressively markets your listing to both the 12,000+ real estate agents here in Austin AND potential tenants not yet represented. We have a strict "no buck passing" rule.
Most Landlords are. The Austin area rental market moves FAST! If you want to protect your investment, you must know TODAY'S competitive rental rate for your income property. As a property owner with an interest in creating a steady stream of rental income, I'm sure you've done your research. You may have even read books by authors like Guy Kawasaki, Brandon Turner of Bigger Pockets, or Gary Keller the CEO of Keller Williams.
If the property is lease ready, we can begin marketing within a week. We strive to get a lease in place within 30 days of marketing the property. Our objective is to always reduce vacancy times by pricing the property correctly and properly screening tenants. We don't get paid unless we have the property rented, so it is our top priority to be as efficient as possible in this phase.

Abigail and Sandra respond SO quickly to emails - it's shocking. I've been impressed with how responsive they have been alongside my leasing and move-in journey. They are friendly, so it's been a positive experience working with them. In the past, I would move into a unit and the leasing staff just disappeared. That's not the case here because they makes sure you're all set up and good to go. Highly recommend!

We have had the most amazing experience with Tower Property Management all thanks to Abigail! She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel very personal. We never felt like a number and we felt valued. Our duplex was a challenging property to begin with and then a huge wrench was thrown into the situation after tenants on one side signed the lease and then backed out. The incredible Tower team remained calm under pressure and did not get deterred. The property was re marketed and released in a crunch without losing a single day's rent. All this while dealing with an existing tenant on the other side of the duplex who was hell bent on making our lives difficult.

We moved into our rental house the Sunday after the massive snow storm that happened in February in Austin. The move in was a bit stressful because we were moving across the country and didn't have much time to play with as far as moving out of our old place and moving into this home. Add to this the storm which prevented a lot of the make ready getting done because there was no water, people couldn't get anywhere and then everything got backlogged. So I was a little nervous at first because Tower Props were overwhelmed (for good reason and like everyone else was) with the number of requests coming

We've been living in this house for 3 days with 1 working faucet (of 4 in the house), no hot water at all in the master, an oven INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND EGGS, half working outlets, no working microwave, half the burners on the stove not working, and a few other things. Maintenance guy who came by this morning said he'd come back to replace the faucets and fix the issue but never did and was not responsive to texts or calls. We have put in work orders to which we get responses that only say they'll put us in contact with another person or company who will schedule fixing these issues

The house we moved in had so dirty I was sickened. There are holes and stains in the carpet, nails sticking out of the walls, broken blinds, broken dishwasher, and was filthy- covered in dog hair (dog hair was even in the paint touch ups on the wall several feet off the ground) We get charged for random things and when we look into it and tell them we researched it all of a sudden they agree it was an error. Why don't they know what and why they are charging us for!? Maybe it's just our guy Da____ but it's been several months and it's not getting better.

My previous review did not give the hard workers at Tower Property Management enough credit. These guys work day-in and day-out to provide the absolute best in property management. I cannot and will not recommend a different property management company to anyone. Don't waste your time listing your rental with them. They DO NOT SHOW properties on weekends! They told a potential tenant to get another realtor to show the property. That was on a weekend. They stated that the market in austin is slow and convinced us to keep dropping our price down. That was a waste of time and money.

John has been a GOD-SEND! My boyfriend and I were in search of a house for a few weeks, with some background complications. With the full disclosure, John worked endlessly to help us. He was always super responsive and has a great personality! Sara was a sweetheart when she showed us the house as well. Everyone was so willing to help fix what needed to be done before move in as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in renting a home! Looking forward to the upcoming lease!
