Bill at LGM is the inspector we had for our home inspection and we are really happy that we were able to speak to him, he is very upfront with all the information about your inspection issues and he discusses the issues that need to be fixed now and those that can be done later. He has 20 years plus in home construction so he knows what he is talking about our experience with LGM from the owner to chief inspector Bill was a positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone .

Lance Maddoux And Marc Vanover are honestly some of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. They made what is a scary thing, getting your pre-owned home inspected after agreeing to buy it, so understandable and simple.
Lance made sure I understood everything and if something wasn’t a concern right now, but could be soon, he made sure to let me know what I would expect and what I could do as a future homeowner to be safe. Marc answered any questions I had and even explained some things to me when I asked silly questions even though he definitely didn’t have to haha.
