I have been looking all over the metroplex for a new home and as you can imagine it’s not been easy. I went in to visit this property and Jessica was incredibly helpful and just all around easy to talk to. I could tell she cared about the property and the residents of Creek on Park Place. Although I have not made a complete decision on where I might move to this one is definitely at the top of my list because of her. It’s nice to know that someone actually cares instead of being just another number.

I love living here, for so many reasons!
Charlie and the maintenance staff are who you fall in love with first. They're so friendly and responsive. Most of my issues so far have been small and taken care of by the end of the day. The one time it lagged was because of the freeze that cracked a bunch of pipes, and they had to bring in an outside company. What's really great for an ADHDer like me is that the system to report an issue is online, so there's no trying to remember to call or go to the office, I can just snap a couple pictures and submit the online form. So easy!

I have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it! Jessica and Charlie have made us feel like family and I could not imagine being anywhere else. We have had no issues while here, maintenance issues are taken care of when we ask, everyone is friendly and pets are loved! I have a friend who lives here as well that I referred without question. Best place in Bedford!

I’ve lived here for 4 years and Jessica and Charlie are the best. I’ve lived in a few different apartments in the HEB and Jessica has been far superior as a property manager at taking care of the residents. This is the only property I’ve lived at that actively looks to make improvements regularly. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I've lived here for several years now and just love it. The office staff, Jessica and Charlie, are seriously the best. They always remember your name and they're so friendly. I don't have a dog but I love how pet friendly the complex is. It's awesome to relax in the pool during the summer too. Anytime I've had a maintenance request they've gotten it done in record time. I'm just really glad I moved in and plan to stay for a long while.

The complex is old (built in the 70s), but it has its charms. The neighbors are phenomenal, and the management is great! Charlie is charming, and Jessica is direct and honest. Both know every person in the complex and are ready to address any concerns you have, especially if you go in without screaming at them. They get things done, which is nice when something goes awry. They both definitely want to do right by the residents. At the end of the day, it was a hard decision to leave.

The Creek on park place is definitely a great place to live, my family and I have been here for four years and today we considered moving to a different location per downsizing reasons, so we went to Jessica and she worked it out for us and showed us opportunity very quickly. My husband stated that she definitely knows her stuff and very good at her job. We love the staff, everyone knows our dog Remi who is very loved. Our apartments are clean, affordable and most people like ourselves live here quite a long time. Jessica is Great, Charlie is Great, and we definitely appreciate how quickly we were

Jessica is the most amazing property manager I've ever had. In 3 years I have been completely satisfied with the ease of paying the rent, the fast and efficient repairs and always a pleasant voice answering the phone when I called. Also the maintenance team was always prompt and respectful. Should I ever need to rent again this will be my first call.
