My car got towed, I called the office to explain I didn’t know I could get towed where I was and that they had just taken my car and left no info on where I can go get it (I had just gotten off from night school and came over to my friends house) I was clearly upset, I kept my cool but I was obviously irritated that not only did I have to deal with that situation but also how much it’s going to cost me, she was very rude with an attitude and she could be more understanding that times are hard and maybe she should be more professional when it comes down to situations like that, it overall just

Been living here for more than a year now. There are definitely more pros than cons.
- The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but the average noise from the occasional airplane, football game at the stadium, and/or traffic on the freeway can get a little annoying at times. Not at fault of the apartment owners, just something to consider regarding location.
- Speaking of the freeway, I do really enjoy not having to drive very far to start my morning commute. It’s very close to on and off ramps, making the drive a breeze in the mornings.

Where is maintenance?????
You need anything fixed in your apartment? Be prepared to wait all day or the next day. Horrible attitudes in the office and a lot of excuses. I can't wait to move away from here. When I left I took pictures of the damage that was still and and they wanted to be petty and charge me for clean up. They fixed things in my apartment completely from a neighbors water heater issue and I constantly told them about the water damage from the ceiling when it rain. They pretty much told me they knew about it but didn't do anything. Here are pictures I took. I guess it was okay for

I lived at the apartments for the last two years. Unfortunately I have to move out because I got a new job far away. The place is located in a nice town midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The apartments being older is really the only downside. The community is full of great people.
I’d recommend these apartments based off my experience.

This was one of the most poorly-managed apartments I've ever lived in. The office staff was not helpful, and frankly, they are just not kind people. Their communication is bleak -- we had to have our dryer repaired 4 TIMES and several of those times, we were not even updated when they were waiting on parts, etc; they simply wouldn't answer our requests.
In addition, I am just now (6 months after moving out) finding that my final payment was sent to collections!! I no longer had access to the resident portal and did not even know that I had outstanding payments. When I received my final invoice

Management used to be great, but has really fallen off lately. Out AC has gone out 5 times this summer, and instead of fixing the problem, they do a small repair to get it working, only to have it break a week later. Our outside unit is 34 years old.
The dumpster is overflowing every single weekend. Rent was raised a couple years ago due to improvements made, but the only changes were exterior, nothing that we actually use or would notice.
