I had 2 apt locators working for me. I needed something with a move in date within 1 week. Before I was done, I'd spent over 250 in app fees and 900 in admin fees (admin fees get refunded after 30 days if you dont sign a lease). After contacting this locator, I was not only approved but had a lease in 48 hours, on a nice place not far from my job or kiddos school!!!

I cannot put into words how satisfied I was with Ms. Jacobson’s assistance in finding my new apartment home. It is very stressful moving out of a house in one state to an apartment in another state.
And I tend to be very picky and impatient. Ms. Jacobson’s response time to specific requests was less than 24 hours. I was extremely pleased with lists I was provided. The lists helped me narrow down options within a couple of hours-instead of spending hours driving around in Dallas traffic.
If I need to relocate again, I would without hesitation,, use Apartment Locating Specialists again!

Renee is incredible. I called her on a Saturday morning, and she put together my apartment package just a few hours later. She was super responsive, her product is great, and FREE to you. Renee Jacobson was AMAZING to work with! She listened to everything I said when it came to what I wanted in an apartment and my budget. She found such great properties for me to look at, that it was hard to make a choice because they all were so perfect. She stayed within my budget and didn’t send me places I couldn’t afford or were outside of my area suggested ( I have had previous locators do this). I just got approved for my LUXURY apartment in Katy!!!!! I was very skeptical about the process because I knew how messed up my credit was but JANELLE told me to not worry it would all work out because of their great relationships.
