I used to love living here! Great price, plenty of parking, maintenance was quick. That all ended about a year ago. Recent issues I’ve had; was given approximately 2 days to make a decision on whether I was going to renew or move. I wanted to give a 60 day notice but ended up getting stuck renewing cause 2 days is not enough time to look. They said I should have already found a new place and didn’t need to wait to get my renewal notice. Problem was I didn’t want to move until I received the notice the they were upping my rent $100! I also called and reported that another renter had a Pitbull

I am recanting my review. I had originally given a three star due to frustrations with little things in the apartment and nosey neighbors, but overall I am thankful for the time here.
I was recently blessed when the maintenance crew went above and beyond in a simple repair and really took a load off my mind.
The staffing has changed some and all are super helpful and understanding. I appreciate the value of what I am getting and for a reasonable price. The only thing I don’t appreciate is the trash fee bc I don’t even use the service.

I'm a current resident and I've had more problems than I can count since Lincoln property took over. I have been here for 2 years and I regret renewing my lease. Administration took over a month to send me the renewal lease and they kept "losing" my renter's insurance that I've had for 2 years. Maintenance takes forever to reapond to request. The apartment above has leaked water through to our apartment 3 times and the ceiling has obvious water damage. They had to replace the whole AC unit and the company that replaced it said that all the wood in the ceiling was rotten from water damage. They

Had lived at these apartments for a year had many issues with the ac not working and stuff breaking but one day our kitchen had flooded and was not able to get ahold of anybody for a whole day. Even the fire department could not get ahold of them. It ruined furniture and stuff luckily we had insurance but they then agreed to let us out of our lease. Once everything was completely moved out of the apartment my now ex husband decided he wanted to move back into the apartment I contacted them to let them know I will not be on the lease. Months go by and then they start calling me saying I owe money

New management company (Lincoln Properties) is leaps and bounds above previous company. The manager, Angel, is thorough and follows up with the residents. She is working hard to undo the wrongs of her predecessors. All office staff are professional and friendly. The maintenance staff headed by Antonio are here at all hours to help residents. Reasonable rent for the value. Located in a nice area.
