Jared Souza Went above and beyond when it came to selling our Ranch in Wyoming, Jared was extremely helpful in researching and following up on all details associated with all aspects of this kind of large property, Such as Mineral rights, Easements, utilities and he also has a excellent knowledge of recreational hunting and fishing lands. I had the pleasure of working with Jared Souza over the past year acquiring a piece of property in the Albany County mountain range. Jared displayed knowledge in the local area and was able to work well with everyone involved, including: lawyers, realtors, county commissioners and the title company. He allowed us to use his side by sides and gave us a couple of his days to show us the property. He answered every question we had. Even after the deal was done he has supplied additional information and emailed needed documentation. He is an asset to Mirr Ranch Group and a decent human being.

Everything we hoped it would be. We sold our ranch for over the asking price and we closed early, The realtors were flexible and made some modifications to the marketing to adapt to some peculiar attributes of our property. Mirr also spoke plainly and directly to both us and the buyer. No subterfuge or window dressing, it was honest and frank. It was a first time sale for Haley Mirr and, for us.
