Highlands Ranch is a master-planned community that covers 22,000 acres of land. Founded in 1981, this community is positioned 12 miles south of Denver in Douglas County. As of 2014, the community of Highlands Ranch has a total population of around 101,100 people and total households of about 35,846, making it one of the most populous CDPs across the entire United States.
Hilltop is a tree-lined neighborhood in Denver bounded by Severn Avenue to the north, East Alameda Avenue to the south, Monaco Parkway and Crestmoor Park to the east, and Colorado Boulevard to the west. It has around 8,000 residents that have a median household income of about $120,000. As its name suggests, Hilltop is a highly elevated neighborhood.
Falcon Hills is a small subdivision nestled within Highlands Ranch, just 12 miles south of Metro Denver. It is bounded by Veneford Ranch Road to the south, South University Boulevard to the west, and the E-470 to the north. As of 2010, the community has 166 residents. While I was working with Matt to sell my grandma's luxury home in Denver, I can't help but be amazed at his transparent experience and knowledge in Denver real estate. Hands down the best realtor in Denver! We have dealt with two realtors in the Denver area prior to working with Matt and had terrible experiences.
