Greg Pond is the Owner/Managing Broker of Distinctive Flats and Distinctive Commercial. Greg leads the property management, real estate sales, and commercial real estate advisory businesses. He graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio earning his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Completely unresponsive. I've called numerous times and left voicemails, non of which have been returned. This is really terrible customer service. They also can't figure out how to enable automatic payments so each month I have to manually cut a check. I wish I could give zero stars.
Their online general ledger is terrible. Eventhough I've been making my payments every month on-time, it still shows that I OWE money. Complete Garbage.

I wish Jennifer managed all the properties I deal with!!! She is the best! The most professional! The friendliest! I talk to the tenants of all of the properties we service, so I find out how THEY feel about the property management companies. Jennifer's tenants love her! I always have the CORRECT information when servicing her properties and she always pays her bills on time! I really wish we could clone her! We love you Jennifer!
