My husband and I worked with Maddy Hollar and she was wonderful to work with. The initial meeting we had with her was a great intro to the real estate world, as she provided a welcome packet which had some really great tips and summaries of how to purchase a home. Great experience! My wife and I moved from New York City to Denver and literally had only a handful of days to choose a rental property. Anton and Jenny's group at USAJ not only made it happen, but found us exactly what we were looking for. I strongly recommend never doing business with this company. I have never felt so disrespected. Anton Usaj is condescending and untruthful. The last thing we wanted to do 6 weeks before our baby was due was look for a lawyer to help us with this mess. The second to last thing we wanted to do was move. I just purchased my second house using Jenny as my realtor. Jenny and her staff bent over backwards to help us into our new home! Jenny was at every appointment making sure the ins and outs of home buying were being covered for us. All paperwork prior to closing was done electronically, which made signing and submitting contracts a breeze. They also gave us a full calendar listing important dates that synced with my calendar, as well as frequent emails to give me a heads up when deadlines were coming due.
