Services
All entries are $5 with all proceeds donated to Living Beyond Breast Cancer for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The gym will be closed until 9PM. Join three awesome olympic weightlifting coaches as they break down one of the foundational movements - the snatch. This seminar will be focused on the basics and will break out into groups for questions and technique feedback.
