At R.E.S Professional Fitness Training, we are exercise professionals. It is our job to use the knowledge and experience we have gained to offer advice and direction in the areas of exercise, fitness, and nutrition. With our knowledge of physiology and movement we can assist you by designing a safe and effective personal exercise program to help you reach your personal goals.
It has been our privilege here at R.E.S to become a growing resource for persons interested in strength and performance training as related to specific civil service agility requirements. R.E.S is a personal training facility, we are skilled at developing programs aimed at achieving required results of the civil fitness test as needed on a individual bases.
At R.E.S Professional Fitness Training we will meet the challenge of your sport, recreational activity, or hobby. Football, baseball, golf, or a Spartan Race. We expect you to ask more of your body and it will give you more. Let us design an off season or in season strength and conditioning program for you.

Mastery of these techniques results in self confidence, a healthy outlook on life and inner peace. Reggie trained in judo with Sensei Larry Rodgers Sr. at Elm City Judo. He trained in Tae Kwon Do with Sensei Larry Rodgers Jr. at Top Ten Karate Studio. In 2000, he started an after school judo program for The Police Athletic League (PAL).

Short: great teacher, great with kids and adults, great sportsman, great real life experience. Highly recommend before anything else! Long: I brought my kid in this place because he was terribly bullied at… school and we always kept position of non-violent and civilized solutions. New Haven school system failed us badly, never took any actions and I still have photos of bruises on the kid. Sensei Sutton told me that everything will improve in a year, confidence and skills will help him. He was absolutely right: in about a year my son started competing (loosing his first fights badly) and

Michelle and Reggie are top notch. They are professionals and role models for my boys, who take Judo at R.E.S., and they've built not only an excellent business, but also a community. Michelle's BURN classes are challenging but very welcoming for beginners. The rates are reasonable and they environment is supportive and fun.

I've trained bjj with coach Adam for a while now and he's one of my favorite people to learn from. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from other instructors I've learned from. Jiu Jitsu is a fine art and his teachings are the difference between a scribble and a master piece. If you're looking to train bjj, I couldn't recommend anyone better! OSS!

Could not recommend these two more!! Michelle and Reggie have customized workout sessions for both myself and my husband.
My husband wanted to get in shape after spending a few years off of a bike and sitting at a computer.
I wanted to train my upper body for completing a Spartan Beast in September.
I have never felt better, looked forward to a workout more, and had more fun.
Its a great, personal environment with good solid people and we are both seeing awesome results!
